Tasos is a graduate of TEFAA.

At the beginning of his athletic career he started with soccer and then continued with athletics. He owns many Pan-Hellenic records in athletics, initially in the 400m and then 200m and 100m.

He also participated in the 2004 Olympic Games in the 200m.

He has been a Personal Trainer professional for the last 15 years.

He is also the co-owner of Gym Base in Kryoneri.
